Boosting Experiment and CAS Semiconductor Institute Re-open Collaboration

As a manufacturer of environmental test equipment, Beijing Asterlin Test Equipment Co., Ltd. has cooperated with many scientific research institutes to provide relevant environmental test equipment for their laboratories. Recently, Ashlyn cooperated with the old customer, the Institute of Semiconductor Research of Chinese Academy of Sciences, again, in order to meet the customer's requirements, customised services, and strive to meet all the customer's requirements.

In 1956, in China's twelve-year vision of scientific and technological development, semiconductor science and technology was listed as one of the four major urgent measures for the country's new technology at that time. In order to create a research and development base for semiconductor science and technology in China, the state established the Institute of Semiconductor Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as the Institute of Semiconductors) in Beijing on 6 September 1960, which opened the way of development of semiconductor science and technology in China.


The Institute of Semiconductors has two national research centers-National Photonics Process Center and National Engineering Research Center for Optoelectronic Devices; three national key laboratories-State Key Laboratory of Semiconductor Superlattice, State Key Joint Laboratory of Integrated Photonics, and State Key Laboratory of Surface Physics (Semiconductors Area); and two institutional laboratories (Centre)-Key Laboratory of Semiconductor Materials Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Key Laboratory of Solid State Optoelectronic Information Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In addition, there are Semiconductor Integration Technology Engineering Research Centre, Optoelectronics Research and Development Centre, Semiconductor Lighting R&D Centre, High Speed Circuits and Neural Networks Laboratory, Nano-Optoelectronics Laboratory, Photovoltaic Systems Laboratory, All-Solid-State Lighting Laboratory, and Component Testing Centre.
